LOWELL Migdalia 'Dee' Concepcion, 53, of Lowell, died peacefully after a long battle with cancer with her family by her side, Monday, April 25, 2011 at Wingate of Lowell Nursing Home.

Born September 26, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY she was a daughter of Samuel Ortiz, and the late Norma (Vasquez) Ortiz, and attended area schools in Brooklyn.

Besides her father, Samuel, she is survived by her children, Jose Mojica of Lawrence, Jazmin Gonzalez of Lowell, and Francisco Fradera of Lowell; and four grand children, Danalise, Matrix, Jayce, and Trinity Mojica.
