Beloved Wife, Mother, and friend

ANDOVER Cecelia M. (Powers) Nolan, of Andover, died May 9, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Joseph P. Nolan of Andover, and the daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Tenney) Powers of Lowell.

In addition to her husband and best friend of fifty eight years, Joe, she is survived by her loving family, Joseph P. Nolan, her son, and her daughters, Kathleen Deschenes and her husband, Ron, and Lisa Lindsay and her husband, Scott, as well as her wonderful grandson,Toby Nolan Lindsay.

She is also survived by her brother, Brendan Powers and his wife, Elizabeth, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was the sister of the late Muriel Ogden, Peggy Donohue and Daniel Powers, Jr.

YOU ARE INVITED TO HER VISITATION ON THURSDAY FROM 9 UNTIL 11 A.M. AT THE MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH STREET, LOWELL 978-452-6361. HER FUNERAL SERVICE WILL TAKE PLACE AT 11 A.M. AT THE FUNERAL HOME. A CELEBRATION OF HER LIFE WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING AT LENZI’S, RTE 110 IN DRACUT AND SHE WOULD BE HAPPY IF RELATIVES AND FRIENDS ATTENDED IN HER HONOR AND MEMORY.
